The group said 117 people were killed in the capital of Damascus and its suburbs, including 60 people who were found in Moadamiah. Many of those victims had signs of torture, the LCC said.
The news comes as Lakhdar Brahimi, the U.N.-Arab League envoy to Syria, has been working to arrange a cease-fire.
CNN is unable to independently verify casualty numbers because of Syrian government restrictions and the intensity of the fighting.
